The staff was especially helpful, efficient all the time. The rooms were en suite and large, with a view of sorts. Coffee/tea makers and glassware were a huge plus.

The service was very good with nearby parking. The rooms were functional and compact with castle views and had 2 bedrooms, which I loved. The staff were efficient and affable. I would definitely use them again. The location was central and excellent, close to the open air theatre.

Gorgeous toast and fresh bread supplied. Efficient staff, very enjoyable short stay. All in all magnificent and wonderful location, really close to the beach, town centre and tourist attractions, and the two main bays of Scarborough. Besides, very convenient to a performing arts theater.

The staff were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The location was particularly good, making it easy to walk to the open-air theatre for concerts. this was a thoroughly enjoyable stay for two nights. I would give it more than 4 stars, as everything was exceptional.
